I bought a holster from TR on Ebay. It was for an RIA Double Stack, which are not in big supply. I noticed right after I had paid, the wrong holster was bought. I believe this error was my mistake but immediately shot off an email to TR explaining the error on my part. Within a short time, TR responded to my email. YES. I said that correctly. An online company actually responded to an email. A ‘Tony’ at TR conversed with me on email and after identifying the correct holster he stated “ I got it, no problem” The holster arrived a few days later. I found the holster a bit snug for gun retention. Got on Ytube and within 5 min and a hair dryer smoothed out the retention. Was worried at first but simple adjustment after I educated myself about kydex material. ‘you don’t return a new car because the driver seat is not adjusted for your profile.’
SUMMARY: For me TR Holsters is a place I can trust. Primarily for the customer service. I hold customer service as a ‘way point’ in judging a company’s product. If they care about the customer, they care about their product.”
