“We came in without an appointment on a Saturday with a family of three and Theresa was amazing and worked us in. She made sure everything was perfect for us and you can tell she truly loves her job.”
“Excellent customer service I love dealing with the people there Sheila Keith always been a pleasant experience never have any issues I will never go to another post office again as long as they're open......and I usually ship about 5 to 10 packages daily.”
“Wow. What great customer service I just received here. Other post offices could take a lesson. The attendant was helpful and courteous. I'd almost rather drive over here than use the location closest to my house.”
“Absolutely the best post office in the nearby area this clerk went above and beyond to help us we wasn’t rushed or dismissed like in salisbury post office. I drive from Lexington just to come to this one and never have to wait”
“I don't get the ridiculously low reviews. Sure lines can be long at time but such is life. ALWAYS RECEIVE HELPFUL, COURTEOUS SEVICE. CLEAN, GOOD PARKING. Life is good!”

“Kimberly at the Rockwell office has always been helpful and patient with me, especially since I get live birds shipped thru USPS, they have always done their best to call as soon as they arrive and are gentle with them. Thanks y'all!”
