“These guys are AMAZING! I don’t know how I lived in Salisbury for years and never came across this shop. I was in town visiting family for Thanksgiving and literally the night before my car started making a terrible screeching sound like I was driving over metal. Having had bearing/control arm replacement in the past I feared it was the same issue. My fiancé googled mechanics that were open and Rowan auto popped up. I called and explained the issue and even though they were closing in an hour the guy said he would take a look for me. I really wasn’t expecting much and was going to be happy getting a part ordered at the very least. Not only did they identify the worn rubber bearing, but auto zone had the part in stock and these guys went ahead and replaced it the NIGHT before thanksgiving! And not only that they were very fair in pricing. I am so grateful for this place and the care they took to help me in my time of need. We really enjoyed our experience.”
