The store on Sundays open up at 11am it’s 11:49am and still no one is here. This is very unprofessional! If you don’t have enough people to open up post it on your door for people to see you won’t be opening that following day.

UPDATE: I received a reply from AT&T customer service asking me to email them with more details along with their standard issue apology.
I did reply.
As a matter of fact I've emailed them twice since without receiving any response at all.
So there you have it.
The apology ( probably automated ) which is some standard issue thing they want the reader to see at the end of a negative review as if they care and are going to do something about it. Laughable
My original review as follows
Went to this store to pay my bill today and when I walked in there was a guy sitting with his leg thrown up over the desk.
As I walked by he made a rude face at me at which the other guys started laughing.
I'm an older guy with really long hair.
I've been in the music business most of my life.
I guess he thought I looked funny.
I don't know why he is bald-headed, has no neck, 400 lb, and looked like Jabba the Hutt sitting in the chair with his leg thrown over the desk.
I've had to put up with that sort of abuse since the 70s but you would think in this day and age people would have grown up a little.
Needless to say I'll be going to a different AT&T store to pay my bills in the future but I shouldn't have to.
The only reason it's two stars instead of one is because the guy who took my money was polite and professional.

I have stayed away from big cell phone providers for years now and I got reminded why today. There is always fine print or some sort of up charge and it’s ridiculous. I paid $45 for a screen protector which you can buy a 3 pack of on Amazon for $8. I went to get a replacement screen protector and they tried charging me $10 more dollars for another one. Why the hell did I pay $45 for a $3 dollar piece of glass. I was told that it was covered if it broke plus covered the phone screen if that broke. Never got told there was another charge to get the replacement. Also I got charged for two phone warranties that I specifically requested not to be put on when we were setting the phone plan up. I got lucky and found it on my account when I got home and took it off. Don’t let them sell you anything but a phone and service or you will be scammed out of your money.

I’ve been in the Rocky Mount store several dozen times and this positive experience was no different. The staff in this store is very knowledgeable and helped me change plans and obtain a hotspot on my phone. They also used my AARP membership for a discount for which I was grateful. When the store is busy, these two fellows can multitask and the wait is never that long. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The staff and the support that I get at the store is the main reason I stay with AT&T products.

Went in for a carrier transfer and left with a phone that was not functional. Christian C started off very unprofessionally bashing the carrier we were switching from. after him “switching over and activating the device” he told us to give it an hour and everything should work, if not to call the customer help line or him back at a different number, low and behold after an hour the phone did not work. the numbers he provided for support were not functional and he did not respond at all. I called the store back and someone else answered and said he was busy, they transferred us to ATT support who I stayed on a call with for over two hours trying to work this issue out, that call ended with them advising us that the Esim was not properly installed and activated on the phone and that we needed to go to a local store for another sim to be installed. At this point it was near 10 pm and all the stores had closed. they advised us to go to a walmart or target that carried the Esim and call them back and they could assist with the issue, so I rushed to target and purchased an Esim, only to call back and learn that ATT customer support closed at 10 PM. so we had to go a night with no service at all and no way to contact other people on this device. The following morning we had to miss work to go to a different store in wilson where they were able to properly install a Sim and get the device working. I have contacted the store in rocky mount and spoken with both the “manager” and the employee that caused all this issue. the “manager at this store told me that Christian is a new employee, when I asked why a “new employee” was left alone to close a store with no assistance or guidance the reply I got back was “staffing and scheduling issues”. The ATT support line as well as the other store confirmed that the issue was with the way the device sim was installed, but the Rocky mount store refuses to make this right or accept any blame, continuing to blame the issue on Verizon, when both ATT wilson and ATT support have both confirmed it was an issue with the Esim installation that Mr Christian failed to do correctly and continues to deny failing to do. Now I’m out basically two activation fees and the rocky mount store refuses to even attempt to make this right. shameful. I recommend anyone thinking of doing business with ATT to make the drive to the Wilson location, the service quality difference is worth the time.

There is a young man named Steven that works there and he is not very nice to customers. He really needs some help with knowing how to handle customers in a better way of communication. I will be going back tomorrow to hopefully get some help from Sam the manager on finding my Drivers license card, I was not given it back today. I looked everywhere and just want proof that he gave it back to me. I won’t deal with Steven anymore, I would rather go to Wilson, NC before having to speak with him ever again.

I went in the store the other day to look at phones with the thought of possibly upgrading. The gentleman who helped me, Yasmeen, was absolutely awesome. There was no pressure to buy anything and he was so helpful with any questions. Go see this young man if you have any AT &T needs.
