This location has major opportunities. 3 consecutive online orders, the store has canceled half or more of my order each time. Inventory online shows available, but when they go to pick the order it's not available. Please fix your Inventory, so that customers can order what's truly available. I then called the store to cancel the rest of the order and the associate just said okay. No questions to why, or how they can rectify the issue. Customer service is nonexistent anymore.

i was there making a birthday purchase and was told by cashier #3814033 because the line is long that my gift couldn’t be wrapped when another customers gift was getting wrapped right next to me. i waited in line like everyone else , why refuse a service you offer? wether the line is long or not. to also tell the other associate next to her to not wrap gifts when it’s busy because she didn’t feel like wrapping mine was uncalled for. i feel bad for that cashier doing an exemplary job for her customers to be told not to do a great job when its busy is crazy and bad for business.

All the staff was nice & knowledgeable there! I asked for a specific body wash that I didn’t see on the sales floor & she went to the back to go get it for me :) yes it’s a little small to shop but everyone was nice and polite there! Definitely would go to this location again

Worst ever,how you having a sale and only 1 cashier. Where is backup,no other person on floor or nothing.11 people in line to be exact.!
