Do not let your elderly Mother take her car to this place. Unfortunately I do not live close to my mother. She owns a 2012 Ford Escape and took her perfectly fine car for an oil change. She went from having no problems to endless problems and had to pay Capital Ford up to $6500 in repairs and excessive storage fees because they were short on staff. They offered no loaner car. Today her car is in worst condition then ever. She is left with all types of problems with her car and is scared to go back to Capital Ford because there is clearly some dishonestly taking place. When she told me these charges were accumulating I called and spoke to management. The Manager assured me he would take care of my Mom like his own. Like most Elderly she is on a fixed income and this expense has pretty much depleted her. I was hopeful that an official Ford dealer would have a sense of integrity serving their clients. Not this Ford Dealer. If your elderly or not mechanically inclined I would be extremely cautious. I wish I didn't even have to give them one star but it's the only way to post a review. To do this to the Elderly is shameful!.

I cannot believe I didn't go back in and finish my review. They were amazing when I went in without an appointment because I though there was a rodent in my car and I know they can do a lot of damage. I was told they would fit me in but then the service advisor, Casaundra Hartvigsen asked one of the service guys if they had time to do a rodent check/99 point check on my car and they took my vehicle right in. No rodent or signs of one was found but wow, was I relieved! And I cannot say enough about the service I got AND Casaundra's pleasant and professional manner. I will definitely be back!!!

I have recently moved to the area and have already had my car taken care of twice here. Great experience both times! They have gone above and beyond for me and always answered my questions kindly.

My ford edge went to the shop in sept of 2022 and I didn't get back until Jan 27 2023. It went in for new tires and a battery and new alternator. Came out the shop with the check engine light on. They say they have did all the could do but can't get the light off!! Worst service of my life. I would never take my car back there. The lack of communication is at an all time high there. Tried reaching out to corporate no help. Its like no one is holding them responsible.

These guys are five star. Will and his team are professional, polite, honest and make you feel like family. Are you stressed about going to buy a car? Don't be. These guys are wonderful and you will get a great deal too. I have bought 7 cars from them and I come back to them every time. Go see Chris, Tim, or Jeff and you will be glad you did.

Idk what kind of bs this dealership is about other than selling vehicles with serious problems cleverly disguised in their "southern hospitality" sales pitches.... But watch out! Once you buy and the AC is faulty or the options listed are never delivered... good luck getting a call back!! #capitalfordlincoln

I wish I could give them 0 Stars! They had a listing online for a specific car I had been looking for for quite sometime, I asked if I could place a deposit on the car, John G. Said It was not necessary and it would be there 2 days later when I could get there not to worry. He then SOLD the car without calling me prior, and let me know less than 24 hours prior to me coming there from over 300 miles away. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS! Buyer BEWARE! If you see a car online and plan on coming to buy it, they'll sell it out from under you!!

My experience at Capital Ford Rocky Mount was surprisingly a good one. My husband called ahead of time to check on a vehicle that we found on the company website. He spoke with Tim Mcveigh. By the time we arrived Tim pulled the car around for us right away to let us look at it and test drive it. He didn't try to get us to look at a brand new car or hassle us at all. He was very accommodating. The whole process went so smooth I have to say it was the easiest and least stressful experience we have had while purchasing a car. I really appreciated the simplicity of our experience. I recommend dealing with Tim if you visit Capital Ford Rocky Mount.

Terrible service I went to look at a truck and the dealer gave me a test drive that went great and I was happy with it. Only to get back and sit there for four hours because someone he dealt with the day before came in to buy a car so I had to wait. I never received the bug guard for the front of my truck that had supposedly been taken off the hood a few days before for someone else and like he promised would be in the mail and on my way in a few days. After I completed the paper work with the dealer you go into the back with the manager and finalize paper work. The managers whole mood changed once I didn't want to buy a warranty for my truck obviously the most expensive one "premium package" that covered everything. One that if I would have gotten it would of been money wasted since I'm past the miles of it already.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Platnum F 150 pickup truck in Dec of 2018. It was a certified used vehicle. From Capitol Ford in Rocky Mount NC. With in a couple of weeks of the purchase the sunroof on the truck jamed and would not open. I took it to Capitol Ford in Rocky Mount NC where I purchased the vehicle. It took them seveal weeks to fix the roof. The truck was with them for that entire time. I was given several reasons why they were taking so long to fix the sunroof. In April of 2019 I took a trip out to Clarkston, MI. I tried to open the sunroof due to a warm day. The sunroof jamed open and would not close. I took the vehicle to a ford dealer on Monday close to where I was staying. They ordered the Part on Tuesday and said it would be in Thursday. The said they would have no troube getting the sunroof replaced Friday in time for me to head back to North Carolina Saturday. Now I am wondering why it took the Rocky Mount NC Ford dealership so long to fix the same problem and why am I haveing to have it repaired twice. Both times under warrantee. I purchased a Ford warrantee after the first incident. It was covered the first time by a warrantee also.

I had some recall work done on my car that led to another problem, but the service department did handle the situation and I am overall happy with the service.

Was in an accident, they fixed my car in 3 days. With no problems. Everyone was very friendly, and they kept me informed on a daily basis about my car.
