“Over a year ago, after traveling for work for 14 months-my year was so damaged and frail that I found myself avoiding mirrors and photos often. I went into JC Pennys Salon Rocky Mount, NC one Saturday, met Shaista and asked her to fix my hair. Then slowly over the next year-she took my hair that refused to grow for years and always looked patchy (color) and uneven; and turned it into gorgeous hair I absolutely love. Four months later, I moved about 2.5 hours away and continued to drive 5 hours round trip so Shaista can color and color my hair. She made my hair look EXACTLY as I have always wanted (for over a decade), it’s is finally several inches below my shoulders, very healthy and the confidence boost she gave me…that’s the best part!!!!! She’s amazing with Color theory. I will continue to drive to see her for as long as I can-she is amazing and so talented!!!!!

“On 8/30/25 I visited the Rocky Mount, NC store to purchase 2 uniforms each for my 2 grandsons. Once I got in the store I had the awesome help of Keanna & Morgan to explain a sale that had going on & that was the last day. I ended up leaving with more uniforms than planned and less money spent. They were patient, kind, attentive, stayed professional and made me feel really comfortable in placing my order.
