Do not use this bank. The mortgage department has failed me bad. I thought because I banked with them it would be easy. Worse decision of my life!! If you use them do not say you were not warned.

Do not use this bank unless you want incompetence, lost money and time. The people doing the Mortgage work and their managers are not capable of customer service, honest information, and execution of each process step. Trust me, when I went to another bank they got done quickly what CresCom could not.

This is how bad this bank has become. I made a deposit at the ATM 24 on a Tuesday morning at 7. On Wednesday it still didn't post. I went to the bank. They said: "No one pulled the deposits yesterday. The girl that does the ATM was out sick and she is the only one with a key....... My manager doesn't have a key". WHAT??????? Only one person at the bank has a key to the ATM and if that person is out then you can't service the ATM??? Horrible...

Great customer service, very friendly faces that are willing to help, set up a checking Savings and also got a credit card that 0% for the first 20 months that's right 20 months can't beat that. Stop by and see what you've been missing.

Does anyone there no customer service like how to speak say hello every time I go through the drive-thru I don't even get good morning good afternoon how are you today not anything. what happened to a good hello how are you today I just don't get it these people are nuts who they hiring anybody off the street can work at the bank that's why they get robbed cause they're so stupid they don't look around and not aware of their surroundings they're stuck on their phone and can't even speak to people.
