Excellent service 👍. What made me return to this same storage place was the service. Rick the salesman is up front honest with the fees and services offered. Always get the insurance , you never know what might happen.

Moving from NJ to NC and had to grab a storage unit last minute. I reserved it online and Rick made the process super easy once I got there! They had a promotion going on, and they also have great access times!

The 2nd month in a row they've charged my card without authorization as I no longer have autopsy set up. I check the account/profile. It says so clearly, asking me to set up autopsy. I haven't. Yet I get charged. My other complaint is that the site is not user friendly and I can't find where to remove my card. I called local branch about payments and they cannot be touched once processed. But it happened a 2nd month! I will have to block through my bank which means changing cards which will be an inconvenience. I have not been happy with this and the frequent increase in prices etc. I want to post in case others having similar experience. Lots of financial and other institutions have lawsuits against them because of their practices and it's time they all start being held accountable for taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers. I have stupidly kept paying to store things I have not seen nor used since 2016. They just swipe and I've let them. But $219 a month that I budgeted different and creating problems is a lot! I think I have the right to pay a late fee if needs me even now and then!
