You might as well stay on your death bed. My doctor and myself have called this pharmacy a multiple of times to get me medications and they don't return any phone calls or answer the phone. Maybe the more people they kill by denying prescriptions the better funding they get? Who knows! I even walked in the store while STILL being on hold for 15 and everyone ignores the phone. it's ringing and ringing and the pharmacists don't care. They are going to kill someone one day.

I came in to fill a script for post op pain meds for my 70yr old mother while she waited in the car on our way to a post op care unit. We had a hard script and I had the hospital send an escript as I arrived to that CVS. (4 employees were working in Pharmacy)Tia Webster, in the Pharmacy, repeatedly gave me the run around over the next 3 and a half hours while waiting in the parking lot of CVS with my mother. Webster would look up the profile and say there are delays about completing the script with insurance authorizations, pre-authorization from the doctor, etc... Finally, after waiting over 3hrs I asked another employee to help and found out CVS did not have the escript even!!! Tia Webster was just making it all up and having us wait. The hospital, who I had on the phone with me, immediately submitted the script a 2nd time and we had our meds in less than 20min thanks to the other employee. Almost 4 hours of waiting because of the negligence and laziness of Tia Webster in this Pharmacy Dept. She never apologized or anything, even as she checked me out at the register!! Horrible

I could not hate this pharmacy more. They always take forever, and the staff is always put off and rude. They take forever to find anything. Even when i come at off-times (with a screaming baby) plan on spanking 45 minutes in line.

My doctor put in a prescription on Thurs last week. I go pick up on Sunday. It's not ready. The lady says she will start 2 of the 3. The 3rd will be ready on Monday. We'll I decided to pick up Tuesday. And that 3rd one is not even in the store. Such a inconvenient.

I can't stand this pharmacy wait times are horrible over 35 minutes before anyone answer your phone calls if you go to the store meds are not ready the doctor's office call in a med a week ago got there the med was still not ready had to wait 45mins than they had the medicine in the basket not saying anything untill i had a angry look on my face. I will take my business else where from now on.

The pharmacist billed my insurance incorrectly causing me to have to pay and waiting for a claim to be submitted. The ladies in the pharmacy area have no customer service skills. Not friendly at all

If I could give no stars I would. I needed needles for my IVF protocol and had gone to this location twice within the last year to get more needles for the retrieval and now the transfer cycle. I don't have a prescription and the pharmacist and staff both times I came in previously said a prescription wasn't needed. I sent my husband to get more needles as I was on bed rest following my transfer and couldn't go there myself. The pharmacist Angel looked up my profile and saw that I hadn't filled any IVF medicines at their store but failed to check out other stores which did have some prescriptions however most had to be filled through Caremark mail order or the specialty pharmacy all which wouldn't ship me the needles. I tried to talk to her on my husbands phone and she wouldn't let me say anything and walked away and shut the pharmacy gates on my husband. I worked as a Nationally Certified Lead Pharmacy Tech for 7 years at CVS and I have never seen a more rude pharmacist. If she had let me explain maybe she would have seen I have prescriptions for IVF. I had to get the needles through another pharmacy and they were so sweet and helpful. I hope the stress caused by Angel did not affect my pregnancy. I will never fill any prescriptions at this location even though it is the closest to my house. I would rather drive to another CVS or switch pharmacies companies and that's pretty awful to say for someone who has worked for CVS for almost 17 years. I've never been treated so rudely! Avoid this store if you want good customer service!!

Gave us the wrong behind the counter allergy medicine and then we couldn't exchange it, which I get is the law but it shouldn't have been wrong in the first place. Now we can't get more because it contains extended release Sudafed and we wasted our money. Go anywhere else. I don't even think the pharmacy tech knew what the medication he gave us was.

Waiting over 40 minutes on hold to call in a RX for patients is unacceptable. What's even more unacceptable is constantly picking up the phone and immediately placing you back on hold without even speaking. I will be advising patients to no longer use this location since it's too difficult for the pharmacy to answer the phone when trying to verify an RX is in stock for patients.

The Pharmacist is the worst. He won't call insurance company, once he say it's not covered he won't even run in system to see it was approved. Charging customers full price when we have insurance. He needs to be given a class on customer service n courtesy. My family n my self will be leaving this business thanks to him. Shame

The manager at the Sunset store does not like coupons or customers that use coupons; so be careful if you shop there with coupons because you may have an unpleasant experience. If you return a product that a coupon was used on, she will deduct the dollar amount of the coupon from your refund which does not make sense. The store will be reimbursed for the coupon so she is definitely cheating the customer.
