I went on line to see where I could find a item that I was looking for. No one had the item but cvs.Yesterday my husband and I had a bad experience in this store. It was us and another customer. One cashier, she followed us around the whole store. My husband asked her if she was following us cause we are balck and she said yes. Please please stop shopping in this store. I have never experienced racism in my life until now.

Bad experience with pharmacist there not sure of her name but she is Afican American. No people skills at all! Just blew me off so rude and inconsiderate.

Waited in line for my vaccine appointment just for them to tell me they decided not to do any vaccinations this day because they are backed up. Did not notify any of the people with scheduled appointments of this.

I just moved to Rocky Mount from Chapel Hill, where I was a regular customer of the CVS stores on West Franklin Street and in Carrboro.
I was appalled yesterday at the lackadaisical attitude that the manager on duty at this store had regarding customer service.
There was only one cashier working and she was involved with what seemed to have been a very complicated return that another customer was making.
The store was virtually empty. I was the only person in line waiting to be helped. But, instead of going to one of the other cash registers and assisting me promptly as I was accustomed to seeing managerial staff do at your stores in Carrboro and Chapel Hill, this manager continued to wander around back and forth. Eventually she apparently became concerned after seeing me standing patiently waiting and waiting and waiting.
Just as I was about to dispel the negative opinion that I was beginning to form about her for not going to a register and assisting me right away, she proved that I indeed had good reason to be disappointed with her approach to customer service. She went to the one available cashier (who was still involved with some sort of convoluted process with the same customer who was making a return) and simply told her that there was another customer waiting.
And then the manager wandered off…again.

The drive thru window takes 30 minutes for every car just about. CVS all this money you’re getting from insurance companies please hire staff!

Giving 1 star but they deserve none. The pharmacist ( African American female with glasses, which I am too) not sure of what her name is the worst. She clearly skipped her customer service class. She has not a clue of how to talk to customers. They have an will continue to lose business because of this blatant mistreatment and disrespect of customers. My new pharmacy has been requesting a profile transfer for two weeks and what do you know. Cvs has yet to act like they've received it. I should've left years ago but 2024 not another dime of my $ will be spent in the Rocky Mount Store. Please do something with this staff. And if you don't have time to wait in long lines and risk getting a migraine, DON'T GO THERE!.

I've been there a few times and the first 2 or 3 times when I could not decide on some items that I needed I was followed by the associates. On one occasion one followed me to the self checkout. Since the cashier had a customer and I only had 2 or 3 items I don't mind the self checkout, but their card reader doesn't work if you have to swipe your card. It's been like that for months. So when I kept swiping my HSA card the associate who was following me stood in one of the isles and yelled out that I was doing it wrong. Why could she not walk over and simple offer to help me? She did not need to yell across the store especially if I wasn't doing anything wrong and it's the terminal that does not allow you to swipe your card correctly. There is a Walgreens across the street and if this continues to happen, I know where to take my business.
