Craig was great to get my van in to be serviced. Although I didn’t like having to wait almost an extra hour for me to find out my car was done 45 min to an hour ago cos the new service manager parked my van on the lot and didn’t even bother to come tell me my van was ready so I could leave. I don’t know the new service managers name but I want him to know my times is just a valuable as his.

Checked in at customer service requested coolant to be added and clean battery terminal. Battery terminal was cleaned but did not do the reset with the code. Checked before leaving coolant had not been added as requested. Brought it to the attention of the service desk had to take car back in shop to add coolant.

Last week my vehicle was towed in Thursday I needed a battery and I also was having problems with my TPMS the warning signal was consistently coming on after checking tire pressure. I found out Thursday about the battery. Craig told he would call early Friday to inform me on the TPMS. He did not call me finally around 3 o’clock I called him. He told me one tire had picked a nail up and he told me my tread depths. So decided to go with a new set of tires. He told me we have a set here and we can get them put on. I get a call back saying my tires were sold. My SUV is on the rack with no tires and Monday is a holiday. I asked him for a loaner and he told me something about since Covid we do not have loaners my tires had to come in from Edenton the earliest would be Tuesday. When my tires came there was only 3 so my days of being without transportation has increased 7 days. I feel he did not perform his job well. He had no empathy towards me and for some reason didn’t want to give me a loaner car until the managers got involved. He also told me they couldn’t reset my TPMS and they had to check with the Honda center this was under warranty. I do not know what part it was so hopefully he will call tomorrow or maybe I will be calling him again. Thank you to the managers for getting me a loaner.

Took my Honda in because I was hearing what I thought was the timing belt and tensioner making a sound. They got me in the very next day when I called and got the Honda fixed. It was exactly what I thought and they not only fixed it fast but treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell me on other stuff. I also asked about replacing my back tires but they actually told me my tires we ok and so I didn’t have to replace them. Thanks for the great job.

Went in to have the oil changed. They took me right back. They checked everything. They didn’t automatically change filters and do an extra charge. They said it looked good and could wait. Very friendly. Didn’t have to wait long at all.

I would like to say that Mr. Ben Silver was a great Salesman this afternoon. He was the only person working on his side of the Honda SUV department. He was very helpful and patient with me. He and Mr. Angelo Phillips did an amazing job getting me a new vehicle. I deserved it and it's actually my 1st vehicle that I purchased myself that was just off the truck yesterday. Low mileage and warranty too. Thanks again to the Davenport Honda staff today.

Not good! They need to explain what a warranty actually is. I've been a loyal customer, but lately I've been hit with all kind of excuses about warranties on my battery which has a 100month warranty its only the 36 month. The whole thing is for you to keep coming to them for a replacement. After 36 months it's prorated for you to purchase another. Better off going to your local parts store. There's free replacement there. Bought tires also same thing warranty doesn't apply when being worn. They wasn't rotating them when I went for regular services

Very polite and helpful. I have a Civic affected by the warranty extension. They got the parts and worked with me on a good time to fix my car. I am very pleased with Davenport!

Service department is terrible!!! Paid them $1400 to fix my car after they claim I had a cracked head gasket and that was the problem and my car started making a weird sound that it wasn’t before. Then two weeks later something else was wrong I took it back just for them to say I had a bad fuel injector and they wanted to charge me almost $2000 to fix. They claim their technician is so good but he left all 4 screws off the spark plugs!! I Had the car towed to another Technician first thing he did was check the oil level the oil was way pass the mark and Honda is claiming thats because its gas and oil mixed together 5 quarts over the limit that goes into the car to be exact doesn’t make any sense. They didn’t do an oil change like they claim but charge me for it! The new Technician changed my oil and did a new diagnostic on the car none of the cylinders misfired all fuel injectors are operating just fine!!!

Had my car serviced. It was recommended that it needed some fluids added in addition to the normal maintenance. Scott Smith does an outstanding job.

Needed an oil change and tires rotated and see why engine light was on. The tires were not rotated and they were going to charge for it until my husband called them out. We spoke to manager and they removed the charge but now I still have to get the tires rotated. This was not the first time this has happened. We are still a very loyal customer and keep giving another chance, but I don't know if we will again, which is sad cause I truly love going to Davenport for our two Honda vehicles cause I feel like I know the employees. ??

I bought a used Honda CR-V (2016) and the experience couldn't have been better. Ben & Charlene were responsive and great to deal with. Most hassle free car purchase I've ever had. Will buy from them again.

The salesman Ben was very nice. The business department was very horrible. I never got my paperwork in time to register my vehicle. The car sits in the driveway because I cannot drive it without the proper paperwork. It is very upsetting to know I bought a new car and can't drive it. After contacting the department of motor vehicles and was told by them that Davenport can extend my temporary tag for another 30 days until the proper paperwork is obtained. They did not do this. I would not recommend them to anyone after this happened to me. Very very upsetting.
