While I do not take pleasure in providing reviews or similar feedback, I must convey that I have never previously felt less valued as a human being, nor have I experienced making another individual feel similarly. Recently, I relocated to this area and was en route to our new residence when I decided to stop at a nearby store to purchase some necessities. I chose this location because it appeared to be a larger, aesthetically pleasing Dollar Tree. Briefly, I entered the store with my three daughters, while my fiancé followed closely behind with my two sons, aged 13 and 10. Both of my sons have disabilities; they have ADHD, and my 13-year-old also has hearing loss in his left ear. As my fiancé and I were browsing the store and I was gathering items, I was informed by two of my daughters that an employee at the register had accused my 13-year-old son of theft. The employee then proceeded to remove him from the store without consulting us, as his parents. I confronted the employee to clarify the situation, and he stated that the child was stealing. I inquired whether he had proof, to which he responded affirmatively. I pointed out that he did not have the authority to exclude a disabled, 13-year-old minor without notifying us. Throughout this exchange, the employee maintained that my son was stealing, but did not offer an apology or show remorse. I was taken aback and felt as though my son was being unfairly treated, possibly due to racial bias, as they appeared to perceive us as Hispanic. I have never experienced such discrimination before and have never been subjected to such treatment.
Furthermore, I had a substantial number of items in my shopping cart. As a result of this incident, I have decided never to revisit this Dollar Tree. I believe that staff training is necessary for those they hire. I plan to visit the Dollar Tree on Sunset Avenue instead, as I have found their staff to be more courteous and welcoming.

I love this dollar tree better than the one I. Walmart’s shopping center, the cars are always speeding in the parking lot and it’s very scary for me I’m disabled from a stroke walking with a walker so I try to avoid that one. The one on 766 n Raleigh blvd you can drive up practically to the front door it’s smaller than the other store. The other store has much more merchandise I choose safety overall.

Usally well stocked and kept pretty clean. They usually have one cashier, so be prepared to wait to be checked out. The Dollar Tree is my favorite store.

Low budget shopping at a highly charged and positive atmosphere with a bubbly cashier! That's where the difference is hidden in a warped culture! Very warm experience Jan. 11, 2024!!

weird cashier touched my face without permission and pulled my lash off. Personal space shouldn’t have to be taught when we big and grown.

Buyer beware on snack products that you purchase at the dollar tree. Because once you open them and discover that they are not good and want to take them back they don't take items that have been opened. So you don't get your money back. But then you don't know what it tastes like if you've never had it before basically you lose your money. You might want to ask somebody how certain things taste. I tried the Chips Ahoy miniature cookies and it tasted like they were really old stale and I also purchased the many cherry turnovers three to a box the crust was very hard and it tasted like during the cooking process that oil from the machine had drained into the door I kid you not it tasted that bad the feeling the Cherry feeling there were no cherries in the one that I opened up but it had plenty of cherry juice. So you lose your money if you don't know how it taste before you buy it or if you don't mind losing a dollar and 25 then go for it.
