“My experience was excellent! My iPhone 17 Pro Max was shattered and bent so badly I thought it won’t no saving it, specially after Apple in Raleigh said they couldn’t do nothing for me to get my data transfer to my replacement. After going there I decided to call uBreakiFix and when I called, Josh(the tall one) said his shift would be over within 15 mins but that he was willing to stay over his shift to help me figure this out. As an upcoming artist all my songs lyrics were saved on my phone and I needed those notes. I arrived to the location and Josh and his co-worker also named Josh (Short one) answer all my questions and patiently helped me thru the whole process. Their attitude was so positive, patient and attentive and very professional. I’m so grateful for them helping me. Rocky Mount area also had a tornado and knock the power of the surrounding area, including uBreakiFix building. But that didn’t stop them from helping me with this process! It ment the world to me! Thanks so much uBreakiFix! Definitely will recommend to anyone.! Yall the real MVP. !!!!!”

“Fantastic service. Technican came out and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. Ordered the part and installed it 1.5 days later. And now we are back in business. I would recommend using Sears for appliance repairs to anyone after my experience. It's was a tad pricy, but you also get what you pay for.”
