BUYING NEW ELECTRONICS another place over behind Chili's in rocky mount tried to charge me over $300 to fix my daughter's Ipad that was diabolical Last but not least the turn around time was on point I didn't go without my laptop for 2 days and I use my laptop daily so it was much needed!! “Fantastic service. Technican came out and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. Ordered the part and installed it 1.5 days later. And now we are back in business. I would recommend using Sears for appliance repairs to anyone after my experience. It's was a tad pricy, but you also get what you pay for.”

“Had a flip Z4 and the screen went dark. Purchased a flip 7 and carried phone to have all the data transferred over to the new phone. Josh was a life saver. He was able to transfer everything over without losing anything. Dropped the phone off around 10:30am and he was calling around 2ish the same day to say it was ready for pick up. Thanks again Josh for the outstanding job on fixing this. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.”
