“Really pleasant staff and very timely. Was out and in within 20 minutes with a rapid COVID test. The only thing that really frustrates me is that they are very hard to get a hold of. They need extra phone lines, I’ve literally called over 100 times yesterday and today but I keep getting “User Busy”. I’d just love to speak to someone before traveling to RM again to ask if I’ve left my ID and insurance card. Extremely frustrating. I understand they are busy, they just need more phone lines.”
“I have been seeing various doctors for years now. Dr McJunkins and the staff are always quick to return a call or refill. My previous provider would literally order a lab, charge $600 and then not bother to discuss the results. At FMC, they call me 1-2 days later just to let me know labs are normal, then they discuss it on the next visit. In this age of one size fits all, turnstile medicine, I'm glad they are an exception to the rule.”
