Awful customer service. Made an appointment for a urine drug test for school. Appointment was at 2:45pm.I got there 10min before the appointment time and had to wait for hour and a half to be seen. Even people that had appointments at 3pm or walk-ins were being seen before me.

Dr. Tommy called for a follow up yesterday. I was still having the same issue. He called me in an antibiotic. I’m feeling so much better this morning! I’m so impressed and thankful he took the time to follow up with me! I know he’s super busy with lots of patients. That’s what being a Dr is about, he cares about his patients. Thank you Dr. Tommy you’re the BEST!!

FastMed is advertised as an urgent care walk-in clinic but we were not able to get any service when we walked in with a health issue that we felt was urgent. We visited the Winstead Ave location this morning to get some help for my husband who is sick and experiencing coughing and wheezing. The lady at the desk said that they didn't have any openings today (Saturday) and that we could try coming back on Monday. There were 2 other people in the waiting area so it wasn't packed. She also said we could try the emergency room at the hospital. We came home and made an appointment through Teladoc and were able to speak with a doctor and get medication within 30 minutes. I have had good service from FastMed in the past but something was off this time.

I loved the fact that I was fit in the same day I asked for an appointment. I loved the fact that the doctor remembered me from the last two times I had been there lectured me like a primary doctor. I felt so much better when I left.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with my visit. Several people were at the facility and I thought my visit would take longer than it did. I was in and out quickly.

The staff was very helpful, including the doctor. The waiting room, bathroom, and exam room was very dirty. The walls and floors were definitely in need of a good sanitation.

It was an okay experience. The lady at the front desk and the male nurse that took your vitals could have been a lot more personable. It was like dealing with 2 robots. The provider, Mr. Sims was the complete opposite. He was very professional and had a great bedside manner.

I wanted to share an Awesome Review! I made an appointment for my Dad @ RMT Winstead Ave RMT location. The service was superb! Everyone was very nice and friendly! Dr Sims was awesome and VERY caring on my Dads health. Dr took X-rays of my Dads lungs and said immediately he said needed to be seen @ the ER! He said if you were My Dad you would go to the Hospital now!!! He diagnosed him with Double Pneumonia! And of course that’s where we went ! Dr Sims even called me the next day to check on my Dad to make sure he got medications and was going to get better! Dr Sims gets a A plus in my book! Thank you all @ Fast Med on Winstead Ave, RMT location for your caring compassion! ❤️Bass/Edwards

I’m visiting from out of town and needed to bring my infant in to have her ears checked. I arrived at 7:50 am this morning and waited for Fastmed to open. I waited until 8:30 am and no one had shown up yet. I called the number on the door, checked their social media (in case they had an update about closure). Nothing. So unprofessional.On the bright side, I had a wonderful experience around the corner at Gam Med Urgent Care.

The doctor and staff were very knowledgeable. And friendly and they all listened. My doctor took steps that my primary care didn't take when I saw them two weeks ago. He wanted to rule out everything I had asked him to check and then some. I appreciate his time and patience. I appreciate him explaining things to me when I ask about moringa. He gets two thumbs up. Thank you. I truly hope I am on the road to recovery.

My temperature, respirations, pulse and oxygen stats were not taken and yet they were recorded in my chart. That's falsifying records. My wait time was over 2 hours when I had a scheduled appointment. The PA that had seen me was in the room for less than 5 minutes. She listened to my lungs, looked at my throat and ears. Then proceeded to tell me I had an upper respiratory infection. Should be better in 3 days; If not, to call back and a prescription would be sent. The MA that only took my blood pressure, asked me to choose which reasons I was being seen for rather than address my concerns in its entirety. Within 24 hours, my symptoms worsened to which I called in (after sending an online message) and was told the provider was not available as she was working at a different location. The front desk associate spoke with the provider that was in office and he informed her he would do nothing. Associate transferred me to said provider, Thomas, whom argued with me whether I was getting better. I indicated I was in fact, becoming worse with experiencing shortness of breath, coughing up phlegm and now experiencing green mucus while expressing my nasal passages. The provider Thomas, said he would not prescribe me anything because he wasn't the one that had rendered the visit. I informed him I was well aware of whom I had seen and that he is refusing my care, which is his actual job. He stated he would send an antibiotic that would cause me to become worse for a year and that he'll send it to the pharmacy. Then proceeded to tell me goodbye and hung up on me.

Have never reviewed a medical facility before, but this experience was the best I have ever had at an urgent care. I was feeling terrible, missed two days of work ahead of a long planned vacation and worried about all of the above.They got me in and out, made everything extra simple, the provider treated the symptoms AND the situation. It was like going to a provider that you KNOW and that knows you. Very helpful. And such a relief!

My visit at FastMed this weekend was a very pleasant one. From the time I came in until my departure. The staff are very friendly and have good work enthusiasts. The receptionist was so pleasant and made me feel valued.
