I stopped by the dealership after finishing running errands to make an appointment for oil change and checkup. The nice man told me I did not need to make an appointment, and if I had time right now, they would be able to work on my car in just a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes they were working on my car and I was out of there is in just a short while. Great service.

Always excellent service, can never surpass expectations because the highest expectations are always met!! Eric Martin, Rick McEatherton and the entire team never fail to give me the best service experience start to finish- from expeditious check-in and interim explanation of needed repairs/additional concerns to address, to completed work in a timely manner!!

I was encouraged by the friendly faces and the wait wasn’t too long to have my car serviced. But despite having them put in a new transmission I was still having the same problem. I took my Altima to them two more times before driving to GA. My car almost stalled on me and I had to seek help in Florence, NC.

When I arrived, it did not take long for them to take my car and complete the oil change. Also the parts department replaced my wireless remote battery also. Great experience.

I took an Infiniti QX56 in for a diagnosis for an engine vibration. Asked technician to look over clutch fan to see if a bolt had come loose since they had previously done work to this vehicle pertaining to this part. I was informed that my clutch fan and the bolts were fine and that my torque converter was bad. I asked could I get a new torque converter and I was advised no, I would need to spend $8000 on a new transmission since they wouldn’t be able to pin point exactly what made the torque converter go bad. So I paid the $150 for the diagnostic fee and proceeded to take my vehicle home and let it sit. 5 1/2 months later I decide to get a second opinion because the truck shifted fine with no slippage or nothing. Upon further inspection my transmission was indeed fine and my problem was a broken clutch fan as well as the blade to the cooling fan which was causing the vibration. Gabe Rowe had my vehicle for almost 5 days and never attempted to look at my vehicle but charged me $150 basically for nothing.
