“This was our second year attending UBW. As always, the kids and adults, had a great time. Mike Cook who owns and runs the competition is a great guy. Don't expect a tight rigid schedule, so being flexible is a must. There's always some heavy hitters there, so be prepared to take pictures and get autographs.”
“Really like this gym. Needed a proper lifting gym to join since moving here and found this place to fit the bill. Equipment is well maintained and all life fitness equipment. Not a huge place but I like that. Feels like a more close knit vibe and everyone is there to get there fit and strong. Easy to ask anyone for help and everyone is nice. Also won't see any of the Instagram TikTok "fitness model" shenanigans.”
