The job they do is good. Polish doesn't last if u get just regular polish. Gel is too sensitive & damages my nails.

I have been ISO a nail salon in the Rocky Mount area. So one day on my lunch break I decided to go get a fill/ pedi. Pedi was good, my fill unsatisfied. The older man did my fill/ design...he struggled. Second visit I gave it another shot. Same thing fill/pedi. The older man nicked my toe twice and thought it to be funny. I let it go bcse pedi was nice! My fill.... I just left. Yesterday I was really in need so I went to get a soak off and mani. the service was cool but that old man charged my card twice. I watched my money leave my cash app each time. They tried to tell me I was wrong. They didn't want to refund me on the spot. Gave me a "refund" receipt and told me to wait 24hrs for a refund!!! Its been 24....no refund. I'm omw back today....im getting my money back. IM NOT TELLING YOU NOT TO GO BUT, BE CAUTIOUS OF THE OLDER MAN!!!

Nail salon was ok but not to my expectations. Only reason I visited was because the other nail salons I go to was close or packed. Need to be more professional, stay off the phones. Chinese tech all she do is sit in the chair on her phone and just greets u when u come in. They need to use the plastic bags when doin pedicures. Not sure how they got the grade they have with it looking soon junky in there. White girl didn't even clean out the foot tub after she finished my feet she just went to break. Overall place needs attention and cleaned up. Just seems crowded in there. I want be going there again.

Just don't. Don't waste your time or money. They are super rude. I came in for a pedicure and I had to tell the lady 3 times the water was SCORCHING hot. Then she babbled on about how some people like it really hot. I called ahead of time to see if 12 was a good time for a pedicure. She said yes just come. There was one other person in the spa with me and he also was getting a pedicure. I've been sitting for roughly 30-45min and my feet aren't even in the water cuz it's still hot. About ready to leave now so figured why this horrible service was freshly in my brain I would make a post. And I normally 100% don't make post. But I just don't want someone to waste their time and money like I Almost did.

Went for a gel set , pedicure and eyebrows. When done, My nails were completely uneven and i could still see my previous polish color on my nails. Upon entering to get eyebrows done i noticed the sheet on the table was filthy and instantly decided against that service. pedicure was ok although they did not clip my nails. My gel set on fingernails started to break and chip 3 days later. Very poor service, not to mention the place was very messy.
