“I saw Karen Johnson and her wonderful nurse. I meant to do a review after my visit but I don’t think I did. These days it is so seldom that people post reviews when we have such great experience experiences. So I wanted to share how wonderful everything was with my very first visit with Karen. She was the sweetest provider ever. I hate I forgot her nurses name because she was super Amazing as well. And I am so happy I get to be their patient. Karens nurse totally relaxed me with her personality and her energy. They were above 10 out of 10. Karen and her nurse had immaculate customer service! And the fact that they listened and made me feel valued as a patient spoke volumes. They are wonderful and I’m so happy they are at this practice as it’s close to home. Finding a gyn with such a great report is a rare find today. So I truly consider myself blessed. But I must say the front desk lady who checked me in was total opposite. She sat in the middle wasn’t customer service oriented at all brownish or light orange hair maybe between mid twenties early thirties. She did not mind making it known she was not happy to be there that day. I even asked her if she was doing okay? She provided no smile, little eye contact, and a bad dreadful demeanor. So I was a little nervous going back as the front desk experience sets the tone from the start. But thank goodness Karen and her nurse was nothing like that. My visit with Karen and her nurse was wonderful. Karen thank you and your nurse for being awesome.”
