“I’ve been in the Rocky Mount store several dozen times and this positive experience was no different. The staff in this store is very knowledgeable and helped me change plans and obtain a hotspot on my phone. They also used my AARP membership for a discount for which I was grateful. When the store is busy, these two fellows can multitask and the wait is never that long. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The staff and the support that I get at the store is the main reason I stay with AT&T products.”
