Ain’t gonna lie but the service there is good had a problem with my whole thermostat system on my truck and a worker there name Luis helped me helped me a lot and I appreciate it man thanks to you my truck is working perfectly fine

went there on 1-29-23 around 12 noon, the shorter sales lady has no idea of what's going on... Companies like this lose money when unknowledgeable staff cannot help customers with finding simple parts on their computer. or there are just lost in the sauce using the computer... can you imagine how many customers will never come back to this location when customer service says oh I don't know or I can't find it, okay we'll get somebody else that can....

This was the first and only time I will ever go to O'Reilly's no matter what state they are located in. Their prices for auto parts are pricey, Gus, the sales associate was rude, cocky, and didn't even know what he was talking about and made us wait in line for 20 minutes as he was assisting another customer. Gus insisted on his opinion being correct and then when returning the product that he swore the part would work for us, he admitted that he never knew what the part was used for as he, himself, has never used one. As a woman, it was clear he didn't like the fact that I was so knowledgeable with cars and parts, that I requested an immediate refund and told him that I would be going to his competitor, Advanced Auto, since their sales associates were more knowledgeable and not arrogant, rude and disrespectful. O'Riley's, step up game because this character is bad for business and makes your company look really bad.
