I went to Rocky Mount Toyota because they advertised a lifetime powertrain warranty and I got a great price on the used vehicle I purchased. The team I worked with were very nice to me and the paperwork was done quickly. Erin, my salesperson, was very kind and helpful. She did whatever she could to make sure all my questions were satisfied. Thank you Erin. Erin would be a great salesperson to assist you. I would say that if you are buying used, make sure you take a close look at your car so that any problems that you might see may be addressed before you buy. I found a few problem areas with my vehicle but they were minor (cosmetic). The team did work with me to do their best to resolve them for me and made me feel that I had their full support. All-in-all, it was the best dealership experience I have had so far.

Bought a truck 10 days ago, buying went well with Jackie and not the single most issue, truck had a clean carfax and only looked to have normal dings and scratches. Few days later I noticed their was a lot of white over spray on the truck and wasn’t painted correctly which lead to me discovering the truck was in some sort of accident which involved the bumper/bedside/driver side mirror and misc components being damaged. It was hidden and unless you crawled under the truck and looked around wouldn’t have noticed. When brought up they offered to do a trade in where I would lose a bit of money that I can’t afford or keep paying for a truck that was wrecked/damaged. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. Either keep paying full price for a damaged truck or trade in for something I can’t afford now due to negative equity from a truck 10 days old. I’m now stuck with a damaged truck. Lesson learned to not buy another truck from here.

I just purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander from Rocky Mount Toyota. This is the first vehicle i have purchased from them. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful…especially Jackie. Jackie had help me purchase a Venza years ago. Jackie is wonderful! My Grand Highlander had to be ordered ahead of time…sight unseen. This can be very scary but Jackie helped me to feel comfortable about the purchase. She stayed in contact with me and let me know how many days before my” new baby” would arrive. Jackie and the staff at Rocky Mount Toyota made this process of buying a new vehicle so much easier!!! Love my new Grand Highlander!

We recently went to Rocky Mount Toyota and purchased a used 4runner and had a great experience. I inquired about the vehicle in the morning and within minutes I received a response with a personalized video showing off the car condition. We worked with Amanda and she was great. She was able to answer all of our questions and ease any fears of the car buying experience. Would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle from this dealership.

Our car buying experience at Rocky Mount Toyota was wonderful! Our salesperson, Rico, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. In fact, everyone we interacted with was very friendly, and we were so pleasantly surprised by the lack of high-pressure sales tactics. Definitely will recommend this place to my families and friends.

Bought a Highlander, first SUV and first Toyota this week. One of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. William Pittman was our sales person, he was helpful, friendly and explained everything. He called today to check in and sent me some information to help me understand a function. Wonderful customer service!!!

Erin did a phenomenal job! When she called to check on my expressed interest in the car, she was pleasant and not too pushy. She even went above and beyond to send me a personalized video of the car I was interested in, to help guide my decision, because I was driving an hour away. Erin seemed thorough in her processes, offered a hospitable environment for us and made me feel at ease during the process. I highly recommend purchasing from Rocky Mount Toyota—ask for Erin!

Just purchased my second Toyota Camry, but first from RM Toyota and was very satisfied! Erin Rose worked with me and helped me find the Camry that is right for me. She was attentive and took a little time to get to know a little about me. I believe that is what helped her help me find the best car for me. I love coming to this dealership because everyone is nice and professional! I would definitely recommend anyone to come experience RM Toyota!

As a dealership they are great but as a service center they SUCK. I have waited for 2 hours for an oil change. While waiting for my oil change I saw the people in the service department throwing a ball around and playing. Really people. I don't have time to waste when I'm at work like that.

I hardly ever post reviews, but this has got to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I live out of state and was ready to buy a used vehicle they had for sale and was even going to drive from out of state to pick it up. Zachary Perry and Kerry Mitchell were a joke for salesman, they gave me some info on the vehicle but would never respond back to me, I would call over and over and they would tell me they are busy with costumers and sorry they can call me back later. I am a paying customer and was ready to buy the vehicle in cash, I actually tried calling the manager of the place and even he didn't answer his phone, he also had no way to leave a voicemail because it was full. I'm thinking how can a manager not be ready to receive phone calls or voicemails, what kind of people are at this dealership lol, it's like i was begging them to buy the car. I called about this vehicle for over 2 weeks and every single time there was an excuse as to why they couldn't respond to me. I thought maybe because I was out of state they are not taking me seriously? maybe it was more work for them and they didn't wanna deal with it? The reviews on here are mostly good and I have no idea how, I called more and more people at rocky mount toyota and they struggled finding the car, finding a salesman for me to talk to, finding a manager, anything, I felt like I was taking crazy pills or like I was in an alternate universe where you beg to buy a car with your money and intelligence is frowned upon in this dimension. I was so worried i actually looked up Rocky Mount, North Carolina to see what kind of place is this. In all comments I hear people that have lived there, been there, or are from North Carolina say that it is the arm pit of the state. Others stated people have been severely unmotivated for generations and the wrong people are having babies, I heard people talk about that it is the ghetto where people care about 23 inch rims more than groceries, where nobody knows how to prioritize anything. Most people are looking for a way out, are unmotivated, bored, and that it is full of crime and run down neighborhoods. I heard many people call it Crime mount, North Carolina and talked about intelligence is not a thing in the town, and it's been that way for generations, just lazy, unmotivated, unintelligent. I heard others say since the 80s businesses left there because of how awful it has become and that it used to be such a great place. I began to actually feel bad for the people of Rocky Mount and realized that it's not the dealerships fault, the salesman that refuse to sell or put any effort in, the manager without a way to call or the guy at the desk not knowing how to find a vehicle for sale that I'm describing, it's not their fault, they are just victims and the product of generations of people that should not be having kids. I don't feel mad anymore about it, it's simply just how it is for these poor folks in Rocky Mount.

I worked with Jackie about 2 years ago when purchasing my first car. She made the process very smooth, worked with me, & overall had my best interest at heart.
