First time at Moxie today. I saw Matt for a cut. Exactly what i wanted. Nice place, nice people. I will be back.Update: went back for color and I'm a very satisfied customer. Matt does an amazing job.

Baker is THE BEST. I have curly hair and she is literally the only stylist who has given me a short haircut that looks great and brings out my curls. Everyone there is awesome, friendly, and generally someone you just want to be friends with. Cannot recommend this salon enough!

Charley did my hair today, I haven’t felt in love with my hair for awhile now and she changed that today! I absolutely love it. The salon was so clean, nice staff and an overall great vibe. Definitely recommend this place.Services: Haircut

i have to give you a one star but only because I can't give your salon 0 stars. I have been going to Salon Moxie for almost 2 years and have always had wonderful service until recently. I had an appointment to get my hair cut on Saturday, April 15th at 10:30. I arrived around 10:25 to find that the salon was closed. I waited until 10:45 for someone arrive, but no one showed up, so I left, very disappointed. I called the salon a few days later and ask to speak with Matt, my stylist. I was told he was not there but would be in shortly. I left a message for him to call me so i could reschedule my appointment to get my hair cut. As of today, no one has returned my call. I am so disappointment that no one has returned my call. This is such poor customer service, especially to one of your clients that has been coming to you for my hair needs for almost 2 years. This is not how customers should be treated. I will not be coming back and will surely not recommend your salon to anyone.Services: Hair coloring

I needed a local salon, so I began researching reviews. Moxie had a great rating everywhere I checked. So I rolled the dice and used their online appointment booking services and chose the first available stylist. I hit the jackpot! Charley did my hair and did a great job! I needed the works because it had been eight months since I had done anything to it. She was enjoyable to talk to and the atmosphere was inviting. I’ve received a ton of compliments on my hair! My teenage son, who is training to be a stylist, did a thorough inspection of the cut, color and blending and informed it was the best he’s ever seen on my hair. I will be returning and plan to make her my permanent stylist.Services: Hair coloring

Charlie was absolutely great! Love the personalities that work at this studio! Got a great keratin treatment for a great price! And this salon is a bit more “with it” than some of the other places in NC. Will definitely be back for more services!

First time at Moxie, actually first time I've had my hair cut in several years. Went from longer, thick hair to short. Matt did a very nice job. Going back next month for highlights. Price for hair cut quite reasonable. Thanks Matt!

I started going to Salon Moxie in October 2021. During this time my Stylist has missed 3 appointments. The first in November when she forgot to put me on the books, which I showed up on the day and time she gave me. Had to reschedule. In March, I received a phone call from her that she was taking a Covid test (No problem). She said she would call and I waited. I finally had to call her to set appointment. I scheduled my next appointment with her for March 29, 2022. I left work for my 11:00 appointment and when I arrive, they tell me she has a stomach bug and was out. I was asked if I want her to call and reschedule. I told her to please have her call to me. It is now April 25, and apprently my business is of no importance as I have not received a call. My son and his family go there which is why I did. To the Management, this stylist reflects badly on your business.Services: Hair coloring
