I walked in this morning and the lady inside rudely yelled at me and said they were closed and asked if I even read the sign on the door.. no I didn’t… it’s 6am, I’m tired, the door was unlocked, and people were inside. Rude. I do not care about you signs lady… I wanted a snack.

I recently visited Sheetz and unfortunately had an incredibly disappointing experience. I ordered a simple bagel sandwich with extra bacon, but what I received was far from what I expected. Not only did I have to wait an astonishing 12 minutes for my order, but when it finally arrived, it was not at all what I had requested. Instead of the promised bagel and extra bacon, I was given an English muffin with regular bacon.The fact that the order was incorrect was frustrating, but what truly compounded the issue was the extensive wait time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but waiting 12 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich is unacceptable, particularly when it was not prepared as requested.To the credit of the management at Sheetz, they promptly refunded my money and offered to remake the sandwich to my specifications. However, at that point, I simply could not afford to invest additional time waiting for another attempt. I appreciated the gesture, but the inconvenience had already soured my experience.In conclusion, the combination of slow service and an incorrect order made this visit to Sheetz exceptionally disappointing. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their service and attention to detail to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar issues in the future.Overall, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, and I'm hesitant to return to Sheetz based on this experience.

Great to get gas and a breakfast pick me up or a satisfying lunch or a quick dinner. Every type of beverage and snack!! Sheetz comes through when you need it!!

I went here for gas, coffee & breakfast on the way home from out of town. I stopped here where the workers were helpful and nice. One of them, Christian, particularly showed great customer service by helping me get water for my dog who was in the car. He was kind and helpful. Food & coffee was good too! I definitely recommend stopping here on your road trip, I know I will if I’m back!

9/3/22. Air hose not working. It’s been broke for a while. It’ll be interesting to see when they get it fixed. This Sheetz runs out of cups, lids, etc. frequently. Hope the supply person isn’t in charge of repairs.

This sheets, like so many others typically you won't find the lowest price gas in town, this store is conveniently located and easy in and out due to the traffic light. That's the only thing positive that you can say about it. And like every other sheets. They fail miserably and keeping the paper in the machines for receipts forcing you to go into these stop and robs and ask for a receipt. This store like all the others no exception. No surprise that they're closing stores in the Rocky Mount area.
