I ordered online so I wouldn't have to sit but still had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Our food was ready by the time we got to the window but it was cold. The breakfast platter is almost $10, but we only got enough food for one biscuit; the biscuit didn't even come with the butter or jelly that was ordered with. I only recieved one of the snack wraps from your late night 2/$6. The fries were cold and soggy. My milkshake was melted not even thick a watery texture and tasted NOTHING like cookies n creme just vanilla. The gentlemen at the drive thru was nice, almost forgot my shake, but didn't bother to apologize for the wait. I spent over $30 on food and this is the service and food I recieve.

This is a typical Sheetz, everything I need & expect. The issue is all of the roadwork & construction from the exit to the store. In a year or so this will be a good spot for easy off & on.

It is only a convenience store if you don't have to go in and get a receipt because the employees are too lazy to put paper in the gas pumps. You take your life in your hands every time you went to one of these stop and rob‼️ when you complain the employees complain back to you, absolutely the worst sheetz I have ever been to. When I went to the counter to get a receipt the employee ignored me and took care of a friend then when she was done had time for me. After my comment she tried for 2 or 3 minutes to get me a receipt only to have to call the manager to do it for her. Plenty of employees and nobody seems to care ‼️ Seems to be the going philosophy Sheetz stores ‼️ Clearly if they're paying minimum wage they're not getting their money's worth ‼️

I love the selection of ingredients and how you're able to put together pretty much however you want. I'm form Buffalo, NY and we don't have a sheetz there, it sucks. WE NEED A SHEETZ! yall have amazing food, and boom boom sauce. I love boom boom sauce but I can't find it anywhere but sheetz. thank you for existing, but you need to exist in Buffalo too. would give 5 stars if yall were in Buffalo. much love though. you'll be getting my business til i die.

The breakfast food is not good. The staff is not that friendly. And the internet is terrible. You are better off going to the Hardee's if you want to get some good breakfast

I am very disappointed in sheetz. I have never been in a sheetz that took this long, and was this dirty. I understand that it's Christmas, but if I wanted to be in a dirty roach motel. I would have gone to wawa, not to mention nothing was stocked. You can have problems, but a couple next to me has been waiting an hour what a joke. Update, they just made an announcement that it's going to take well over an hour for anyone to get their food

I decided to share some gas prices with everyone today. Since it seems to be dropping in some areas. These pictures were taken around 2:00 p.m. today. Their sign by the road does not reflect the prices that I took a picture of that's why I did this it will pay you to swing in and check out the prices on the pump and ignore the sign because obviously the prices are changing quicker than they can get out and change the signs lol.
