Been going to this bank for my entire life - everyone has always been so welcoming and helpful, and it's always been so easy to do my personal banking here. Even though I no longer live in Rocky Mount, I refuse to change banks because I've always had such a great experience here. Will for sure be a customer for life.

On yesterday l was having problems with my mobile banking app. "Megan was my customer care person l was connected to help me with the problem. It seem that l couldn't get what she was saying. She was very helpful in helping me get what she was saying. Her voice tones never changed, she was very helpful in everyway. I would like to see or hare of her getting a pay raise. This customer care person was a great help to me. I will sing her praise. Thanks Megan". This help came from the Southern Bank at Jeffery Road and Benveune in Rocky Mount, N.C. l hope this will get to her supervisor. Many thanks Megan.Ms. Beatrice Taylor

They need to understand what defines a customer. Though I'm not a member of their bank, I was charged a $3 handling fee to use their ATM. As a normal practice of banks I'm ok with that. When I went into the bank to convert the 20's into larger bills, a few hundred dollars, I was told they do not do that because I'm not a customer of the bank.

Don't use this branch for business accounts. They can't handle basic tasks or even online banking.
