I shop at this store often and the selection of items are nice here. However, I don't like having to wait in a long line while the managers sit back and watch their employees ringing people up instead of helping.

After a lengthy wait in line, I finally get to the register and the cashier starts helping another cashier and then a 3rd cashier starts Helping and I waited a long time while 3 cashiers figured out how to do a refund then my cashier finally rang me up and I get home and a piece to one of the outfits is missing. Train your cashiers.

I recently visited the T.J. Maxx location in Rocky Mount and was thoroughly impressed! From designer clothing to home decor, I found some amazing deals that exceeded my expectations.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was efficient. I appreciated the cleanliness and overall shopping experience.

This is a great location for Rocky Mount TJ maxx. There's usually plenty of parking even though they share the little shopping center with other businesses . On the inside of TJ Maxx it was well organized and clean wide owls. The way they handled the lines that we had to stand in to get checked out was awesome they had all six lanes open and that helped expedite everyone out in a timely manner. It was very clean and organized it was a good shopping experience.
