About Tru by Hilton Rocky Mount
Tru by Hilton Rocky Mount offers a blend of modern comfort and convenient amenities for travelers. The hotel features clean and stylish rooms that are designed to provide a cozy retreat. Guests have noted the comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, though some have mentioned that space can be limited, with minimal storage options available. The hotel is ideally located right off the interstate, surrounded by various dining options and service stations. While the staff at the front desk are often described as pleasant and professional, experiences with customer service have been mixed; some guests reported issues with room availability and a lack of responsiveness to complaints. Many visitors appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which is highlighted as a delicious and well-prepared selection that caters to different tastes. However, noise levels can be an issue, with some guests experiencing disturbances from adjacent rooms. Overall, Tru by Hilton Rocky Mount is seen as a solid choice for travelers looking for a clean, modern stay with a good breakfast, despite some areas needing improvement in customer service and room amenities.

Beautiful boutique hotel, walking distance from various restaurants. Pool table, pool, snacks, beer, wine at snack bar.

We are Tru believers and this one did not disappoint. Super clean. The service was excellent. A special shout out to our two breakfast ladies..fabulous! The pool table and lobby area was well kept. Great location. Easy to get to with a Starbucks and many restaurant choices around.

We only needed to be there for the day so I didn’t stay an extended period of time. But, the hotel was spotless all over. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was decent and lasted until 10:00am. Check out time was noon. I also didn’t get a super big room, but it was quiet, clean, and stocked well.
