Although it lacks the variety of larger malls, it remains a convenient option for locals, especially with JC Penney as a reliable anchor store. Overall, it's a decent place to spend a few hours with not too many crowds.

This has the best Chinese food place in all of Rocky Mount. Don't go here for any other reason the mall is dead.

Isn’t the cleanest of places, but I don’t think there’s much money and workers behind it, unfortunately, so I can’t really criticize too much. People usually nice, though.
