If i could put 10 stars I would. I left my macbook, ipad, and apple pencil at a hotel nearby and was devastated. Sam was able to help me out and have someone pick it up and ship it out the same night to overnight ship it. Thank you so much!!!

This is the best UPS store I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to, but moreover, the people that work here are consistently loving and patient. This is the best customer service in North Carolina, and I really mean that. Out of all of the places I’ve been to, and I come in here all of the time doing Amazon returns, and they never seem to get sick of me. 🙃 I would recommend this place to everyone. Oh! And they did a notary sign for my dad once and it was not expensive and very quick!

Thank you very much for Nick and the rest of the team. We had a rare situation and one of our packages were lost and the UPS team went above and beyond to find it for me. It was a very expensive piece of equipment so for them to find it for me was great. Thanks again so much.

The young man at this location that works in the morning on Friday 3/14 was so nice and knowledgeable about his job. He needs a raise cus I barely know him and he was very courteous to my needs as a customer.

Do not go there to mail anything fast through the us postal service or united parcel service. They've I'll rob you. Their pricing is double. Just go directly to the post office or directly to united parcel service. I wouldn't give them no star if I could

Do not recommend. Unprofessional business. Poor management. I'm not a difficult individual & go out of my way to be kind to people. For me to write this, the behavior that occurred was significantly troubling. I recommend steering clear of this establishment.

I was amazed I walked in and the line without the door and I was like oh this is gonna take forever well lo and behold the two people working at the register we’re getting people in and out of there so quickly it was unbelievable. I don’t even think I said in line 2 minutes, they were polite. They were kind and they were very helpful.

They are very kind and considerate and helpful. The line is always moving no matter how busy it is. I really like this store and use the "Pack and Ship" option often. I really like this store and always use it whenever I need to. Way cheaper than the Post Office!
