Very disappointed with the service at the Rocky Mount US Cellular store. I had a preorder that was completely mishandled and ended up being canceled. The representative was unable to answer a single question and simply told me to “call the 1-800 number” without much reasoning. I only found out the order was cancelled after calling the 1-800 number. I expected more knowledge and professionalism. Thankfully, when I did call the 1-800 line, they were able to fix the mistake and overnight a replacement order. Unfortunately, the Rocky Mount location provided no real assistance and I will not be visiting this location for any further assistance

If I could give this place a negative star I would . Poor service store manager has no clue as to what he is doing. Not enough room to explain what happened. I would never recommend US CELLULAR TO ANYONE.

A sweet young woman I've know for a lot of years came over to speak. Then she asked what we needed and got right down to helping my mom update her phone. We had been watching staff walk by with little else to do.
