If your package arrives here dont expect them to care to deliver it or find it if lost. Expect weeks after expected delivery to get your package if your lucky. These people cant perform their duties and need to be relieved from service of usps. Issues with the delivery in Rocky Mount by usps is a huge problem all year long and i can only expect things to get better if new management steps in. Im not the only one with this to say but these people run usps any way they like without accountability !!! Needs to change now !

NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THIS LOCATION AND THE 1800 NUMBER DOES NOT ASSIST ME WITH ANYTHING!!! WHY WON'T YOU PICK UP THE PHONE??!!
