I'm getting very frustrated with USPS. They keep delivering mail to me that belongs to other people even after I sent in a notice of who lives here. Not only that, I have had my mail delivered opened and now a very important letter not delivered at all. I've submitted reports about this now as well. Things need to improve.

Paid for a small package to be delivered less than 100 miles away. Used mobile tracking services and "tracking number invalid ". Contacted customer service and was questioned about the accuracy of the tracking number. Told to go to website. Worst customer experience. No wonder the reviews are low and other mailing companies are thriving. Plus, the price of the stamps are increasing! Idiots!

The person who delivered my package was supposed to leave it on the porch and he left it downstairs in a puddle and my entire package was ruined. Very lazy and unprofessional.

Post office not open on Friday April 22nd. No reason left on the door. Stopped in at 8:45am and 9:50am and the inside was locked and dark. A reason should be left on the door if not open so people don’t stand and wait around.

The postal workers that I spoke with today were so friendly and polite. They helped me complete what I needed to get done and had a smile on while doing so. Not to mention they have an extensive stamp collection which I love browsing :)

Took the masks my mom mailed to me. Also stole a cup my sister made her when she was little out of her mailbox that my mom used to put money in for a stamp.
