I called the wrong store and despite being from Virginia Arnold sat on a 40 minute call with me to assist a major issue I had with a SIM card. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Arnold is a GOAT for this and definitely receives all the praise.

We went to Verizon to add a line for my mom. She wanted the same phone number and our representative was Ataysha. What normally would have been an easy fix,, was not. There was some kind of glitch in the system that would make the port fail. Ataysha it worked tirelessly to solve a problem! She is patient, kind , knowledgeable and a joy to work with!! After speaking with several Verizon reps and consumer Cellular reps she was able to complete the process. She understood the urgency of getting this complete because we live in a different state than my mother and she needed to have that phone active before we left. Kudos! Ataysha you are definitely an asset to The Verizon family and should be recognized as such!

Tay went over and beyond to assist me today. Thank you is just not enough . She provided excellent customer service and assisted me with calls to resolve my issue . Tay patience is unmatched! I’m so thankful for her and being such a blessing to me . During the hour that I was here , her attitude was great the entire time . Kudos to Tay! She is the Best part of Verizon!!

I had a few issues with my account and needed to upgrade some lines on my account. Dee assisted with all my needs and questions to make sure I was getting what I needed and the right deal for me. She was patient and attentive.

Today I went to Verizon and the store associate named Jalanda is who greeted and helped me. Jalanda was not only super helpful but also extremely patient throughout the entire process, start to finish. After dealing with the rudeness from theVerizon customer service people over the phone I was ready to just sign a contract literally anywhere else... However, after going into the store and meeting Jalanda, I decided to stay with Verizon. She deserves a raise and is by far the sweetest person ever!

Dakari was amazing ! Short and to the point but explored all my opportunities. He was through with pricing and made sure I got everything for my family. If you ever there stop by and ask for Dakari. You will not be disappointed with the customer service he provides.

Eric, the manager at this location, has exceeded my expectations since this account has been created with pretenses in business Wi-Fi plans. At this moment I have been charged for additional data on the business internet when I discussed with the third party Verizon that we do a lot of streaming and gaming and our bill would only be $50/a month. We now have a internet bill of $275/for the over data plan and have opened a spectrum internet the same day I found out this news about the over charges.

Eric’s representative attempted to slam my account with hidden charges and fees. I had to have Eric as the Store Manager finish out my entire transaction because charges and fees were not explained. Not okay! Forcing me to call customer care. I got the charges credited, he just should’ve been more proactive to avoid this complaint! Luckily, Care was kind enough to not send me back to the store for more hassle!
