I was calling trying to get my prescription refilled and my normal pharmacy was out, the woman that answered the phone was very hostile and rude towards me, to the point my partner asked what happened to set her off. She needs some training in customer service.

They have made multiple mistakes with prescriptions, and their system for reordering prescriptions from the doctor has also failed multiple times. If I can get in and out with the correct prescription in one trip that takes less than 20 minutes I count it a win.

There are a lot of great people to help you out with different things, and very kind. Not like they are just there, don't get me wrong there are a few like that but most are very nice helpful and cheerful.
