I hate that I had my medicine sent here the pharmacist is really rude and hateful he played with me about my prescription for 3 days made me late for work twice and even after I made sure that everything was handled that he claimed he needed to release my medicine he's still trying to find a reason not to give it to me. The front store people were helpful trying to help me but the pharmacy is rude and hateful

Valorie located in the pharmacy department should be fired immediately… attitude is the worst. I went up to get my medication and she acted as so I was inconveniencing her from doing absolutely nothing… rude, she really shouldn’t be in healthcare if she’s going to have the attitude of a 2yo. I’m switching to CVS immediately JUST because of how she treated me right now.

It's a little weight when you go there. You have to stand in a long line. And if you in The drive through the line is long, That's because a lot of people go there and sometime it takes a long time for them.To find your medicine.That's the only thing I hate

Adeeba has poor customer service skills. She told me it will take 40 min to fill my prescription. After 40 minutes she told me it will be an additional 40 minutes to get it filled due to being short staffed. I told her I will wait, she managed to have it filled within 5 minutes after telling me to wait another 40 minutes. I was very relieved but for some reason she seemed annoyed. She rushed me through the process of paying for my medication when I’m pretty fast at checking out, that seemed very rude. She bagged my stuff and handed it to me. I told her thank you and she just looked at me. Out of all the years I’ve been getting my prescriptions sent there, this was the worst experience. It’s usually more pleasant. A simple kind empathetic gesture would’ve avoided this review.
I’m not feeling well. The last thing I want to deal with is a pharmacy tech taking her job too personal.

How are you telling people Covid test are free, having them make appointments, then having them wait 30 mins past when their appointment was scheduled, just to tell them they need to pay for the test. horrible service horrible workers

I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with the pharmacy department. A RX was submitted by my baby’s pediatrician early in the morning to help with her bronchitis and asthma because she has problems breathing. About an hour ago I received a message stating RX was ready, so I came waited 30 min in line got a bag with RX’s and when I got home, her albuterol for her nebulizer wasn’t there. Called and they said they being so busy, asked if can send to other location because my baby needs it. They said RX will be ready in few minutes. Came to pick up and long line again. Upfront to see if can get it, they send me again to the line. I usually very patient and don’t mind wait, but don’t play smart with the health of little children’s.

This store needs to be allotted more labor hours/funds to hire more staff. Either that or they need to pay & treat their employees better so they don't have high turnover.
I had a greatly needed Rx sent in around 11am, and by the time I went to go pick it up at 2, the drive thru line was 10 cars deep, and the inside pharmacy line was much the same.
Now it's 7 hours later, I sent someone else to pick up my prescription because I'm not feeling well, and they're waiting in a 7 car line.
In addition, they're not even open 24 hours anymore.
Avoid this pharmacy if you can. Go to the other Sunset Ave location.
