Have not been to subway in a couple years. This was a pleasant surprise. The food was pretty decent and used the app to get the buy one foot long get one free. The inside of this store is a bit small and is connected to a convenience store. The service looked like it was going kind of slow, but we still got our phone app order in 15 minutes at the time it said it would be ready. I would come here again. Pictured below are the Philly cheesesteak and the turkey titan.

The lady behind the counter was very rude and didn't prepare our food as we wanted it. She wanted to charge us extra for a little bit of meat. She was real snobby as soon as we walked in. We will never go back there again.

My stop was pleasant today. The person had a great attitude and worked with pride as she made my sandwich with delight. It was enjoyable to receive service in this manner with fresh ingredients she had just prepared from the back.. Thank you again and I shall return.

Passing thru, we stopped here for lunch at 12:15. Waiting in line, a new employee was clearly floundering - she was, after all, handling ALL duties on the sub line (sub setup, toppings, and register). I hear & then see, another employee in the "back". I'm wondering, "why isn't she helping out front?". As this one front person continues to struggle, a dad and his kids walk out. This higher ranking person comes to the front a couple times, as she's prepping and baking bread. It's your prime time for lunch rush. BOTH of you should be on the line. She even sees the line and goes back. Nevermind, the cart is already full of bread. At this point, I'm too invested to leave. It took 15 mins from getting in line, to giving someone my order (not order completion, just the chance to talk to someone). Oh yeah, the wife of another dad in front me, waves from outside like "Wtf is taking so long?!". He merely shrugs and points toward the artists. Priorities....serve the people. Do sidework when you have a chance. Don't prioritize upkeep over revenue. Don't let your rookie handle the lunch rush by herself. All hands on deck during peak hours.I get the importance of inventory (waste) but the lettuce was tinged red & brown (both quarter pans).tl;dr - The senior sandwich artist thot she wasn't needed on the line during their lunch rush @ 12:15. Had a rookie doing everything. 20 min trip.
