I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from one of your employees during my recent trip, John went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, offered knowledgeable advice, and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s needs, and it made my visit so much smoother. Tractor Supply is lucky to have such a dedicated team member. Thank you again

Love this place and everyone who works here! My husband and I come in all the time. Amberleigh, Abby and John are always working hard and just all around great folks. Everyone at this store gives great customer service!

Just bought a trailer at this store last week. I asked the manager what the warranty was on it. She said it had no warranty. Knowing that was BS, I asked, “what would happen if it broke as I was driving it out of the parking lot. No warranty?”. She replied, “ well there’s a 30 day store warranty”. Again, knowing that was BS, I went on their in store computer right there at the register and looked it up myself. Lo and behold, there in black and white… 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I pointed this out to the black woman manager and she had NO response. Just turned her head like ok, so what?
Today I go in there and asked for a dozen chicks. I get home and there are only 11. Where is the work ethic???? Where is the give a Shiite? Not here!!! Tractor supply is STILL a DEI hire establishment. Aren’t we past this by now??

My husband placed an online order on January 4th and he received an email that the order would be ready for pick up on January 12th. He went into the store and spoke to the manager and right off the bat said that they did not have anything in their system. She directed him to customer solutions, he asked her what the number was. She said she did not know what the number was nor did the cashier. So they went through the trash and found a receipt with the number. You’d think they would know that number or have it accessible to their employees especially the manager. He called customer solutions and spoke to Rebekah, she checked her system and stated that it was at the store. Rebekah said she was going to call the store to confirm and they put her on hold multiple times and never got to her. So my husband had to hand the cashier his personal phone so that Rebekah could talk to them. While the cashier was on the phone with Rebekah his order magically appeared and they could see it. All of this after waiting 45 minutes the manager FINALLY brought his order out. Not only did she bring it out after him waiting a long time but she left it in the middle of the store and said with a stern tone here’s your order and walked away. Mind you this package weighed 120 pounds and he was there alone. She did NOT offer any help or send someone to help him load this up. He did not even do anything to cause her to act like a child. No type of positive customer service here. Rebekah and the cashier were great. But the manager was a pitiful example of how a manager should be with their customers. If this is the type of customer service the company is promoting it makes you not even want to shop there, absolutely ridiculous.

This Tractor Supply is just absolutely ridiculous and its upsetting because we have been going to TS for yearrrss, this one we started going to about 2 years ago and have nothing but issues when we do.
My girlfriend went in a couple months ago, there were 4 people in line (I was 2nd) The lady had the nerve to TELL (not ASK) her to go to the kiosk to check herself out when she told her no I am in line for a reason, she continued to be rude because she had more in her cart than others but how does that make them come before her? If anything, it would make more sense for the ones who only have a few items to check themselves out. Pure laziness if you ask me and just simply rude. She honestly shook it off and left it be.
BUT today, i came in to pick up a gate we ordered 2 weeks ago. Mind you, I came into the store to order one over a month ago and when we came in to pick it up, it was NOT what we ordered. Even showed the lady a picture of exactly what we wanted. So, they refunded our money and we ordered another one. Today we go to pick it up and of course I opened it in the store to make sure it was what we ordered.
The gate is BENT in multiple places, after speaking to 3 different people I finally got a manager and basically got told that there was nothing they could do but refund us our money and order another gate once AGAIN. We honestly wouldn't mind as much if the gate were for us but the fact that it is for a costumer of ours and they have waited for 2 months at this point to just put a gate in is absolutely ridiculous and cost us OUR costumer service and TIME! Our costumer isn't happy which makes us unhappy!!

Plants are dead and falling over outside. Not enough people working to even ask questions and get what I need. Awful place. I left and bought what I needed elsewhere.

I had a defective air compressor that was practically brand new. The manufacturer was giving me a really hard time about how to correct the issue. I reached out TSC Customer Service and within a few days the manager, Andrew, of the Rocky Point store called me personally and offered an exchange. It is so great to speak with an entity that still values their customers. They have any business I can give them moving forward! Thanks to Amberlynn and Andrew - very professional, empathetic to the situation and awesome to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!
