I had a defective air compressor that was practically brand new. The manufacturer was giving me a really hard time about how to correct the issue. I reached out TSC Customer Service and within a few days the manager, Andrew, of the Rocky Point store called me personally and offered an exchange. It is so great to speak with an entity that still values their customers. They have any business I can give them moving forward! Thanks to Amberlynn and Andrew - very professional, empathetic to the situation and awesome to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!

I shopped Rocky Point, NC Tractor Supply on Friday morning around 9:30 to obtain supplies for a home pumpkin patch to decorate my front yard in Hampstead, NC. I was assisted by several very friendly ladies and introduced to Kenny. I had very little knowledge of gardening/or plant names and no experience, but with the employees cheerful help we came up with a plan. thank you all. I'll be back!!

Nice clean store.I went in to order a Wrangler western style cotton snap type shirt because they didn't have my size in stock.The Manager helped me order the shirt on their computer website.After putting in all the information; He pushed the tab on their computer that I was using the TSC CREDIT CARD .( I DON'T HAVE ONE )This caused the system to decline the card I was using.We had to start all over again.This went on 4 times in a row.After realizing that he had screwed up; we tried it again and pushed the proper button for using my personal card.Needless to say my card got locked and I finally just left the store.Not only did it cost me time explaining what happened to my C.C. COMPANY; But I didn't get a shirt ordered.WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS !!!;

Worst online order system I have ever used. I bought items in the store totaling several thousand dollars. I ordered three items online with a store employee using a card that had 20k available. I had some medical problems and had to go to the hospital. I was told at the store it would arrive to the store in about 5 days. I got a text saying I had 48 hours to verify my order or its canceled. I finally get through the obstacle course to speak to a person who told me I had to reorder and now it would not shipped for 5 days. After asking the first person what happened, he just hung up on me. When I was asked for a survey I never got it. I was prepared to buy another thousand dollars worth of merchandise but I don't have the time or energy to do business with them. Agri Supply in Cary or Lumberton is my best choice. This has caused me to cancel jobs I on schedule and increased the stress on my heart. Customer service is lost today.

Has a good variety of merchandise. It is similar to hardware stores but has more variety from clothing to pet, farm animal supplies, and live baby chicks and ducks this time of the year

Worst customer service ever!! Order product over a week ago, they received it last Friday, no phone call ,no email! Was told I had to wait until I received the email before I could pick it up. Called three times with the same response! Call again was told to come and pick it up, showed no email, no idea, hardly any help! Absolutely no customer service at this place! Will never be back, can't wait for Lowes or Home depot to be built around here to take away their business!!

I went to tractor supply yesterday, and was met with unkind employees. One of them came up to me while I was making a return and was just watching while I made the return and I knew he was waiting for me to walk away so he could ask why I was returning so many products. While I was shopping, I felt like he was lurking around and following me. When I went to checkout the female cashier did not let me price match and she was also making rude comments about me buying out the shelf of one product. The male employee who had been following me showed up while I was checking out to watch me and comment on the fact that I had been in the store for a while. The cashier guilted me into offering to not buy some of the products but then the other employee who had been following me checked and saw that there were more on the top shelf. Her argument was that other people needed the product and the truck wasn’t coming back until next week. She made comments about the price of items and how she cant afford them and her and the other employee were essentially interrogating me on why I was buying so much stuff even though it is none of their business. My friend gave me their business phone number for a reduced tax and when I tried to use it the cashier questioned if I had permission to use it. Overall, I felt very violated and deterred from buying things even though this is a store and there were not limits on the number of a specific product you can buy. I personally think it had something to do with my gender or race but I will not be going back there.

I have often filled tanks here and they r always higher priced but I line they get the tank out for me and return to my car but not today. I tried to use the app several times and it kept saying I wasn’t here and to try again. So I called the store and they sent this arrogant older man who told me to bring the tank to him. First class customer service. I told him I couldn’t lift once he filled it and he made some wisecrack about exercising. I guess he thought he was funny but he was just becoming more annoying. When he finished he put the tank in my backseat and handed me a ticket to go Instore to pay for. I asked what happened to the little hand held mini computers they used do u could pay right there. His reply oh they have changed all of that. With a chuckle included. This is the rudest I have been treated in a long time especially by a grown man who just by being a gentleman could of been kinder. Last time I ever drive out of my way to use this tdc. He ought to be fired.

Went in today with my husband to buy a gun safe. A really super nice guy named Steven helped us. He was so helpful and pleasant!!!! Awesome customer service!!!
