I never had a problem until now. Christmas package was droped off on my porch wrapped in a paper bag on a rainy day, it was left with no plastic bag in puddles of water. Unexseptable! My sister wanted her niece to get a giggle over her recycling and not buying Christmas paper. My daughter is going to collage for Environmental Studies. Droped the ball on this one.

I can't figure out how this post office closes from 1 to 2. This is prime time lunch time for many and only time to get to the post office. Closing at 4:20 is just stupid. Must be nice to get an hour lunch where the norm is 30 minutes.

Terrible Customer Service. Whoever is supposed to deliver packages DOESN'T. Tracking often shows "Undeliverable" and the packages are immediately returned to sender. You had ONE JOB! You might as well just have all your packages held for pickup at the post office, because otherwise you won't receive them. There only ONE clerk in the building to provide services, look for packages, and answer phones. Forget about trying to call them.

Always delivers mail to wrong house. Loses packages. I drove over 10 miles to talk to someone because they won’t answer the phone during business hours. Only to be told they have to do some “research” on the lost package that THEY claim was delivered. What a waste. And I’m the one who loses because I paid for a product that was lost.

8/14/21 Worst delivery ever. I have adult signature required on package that I paid for. However was home the entire day waiting on package knowing this. Instead they are so lazy and throw a pink slip in mailbox saying unable to deliver. Well no S*** in order to get a signature you actually have to take your lazy a** to the individuals door " not the mailbox". Do your job you people get paid pretty well with awesome benefits friggin earn it...And here we go another day nothing not even pink slip picked up my out going flag remains up. 8/16/21

I went in today to send off a letter which I e sent multiple times before from wilmington and only ever paid $1-4 with tracking. I could not remember exactly what it was called but the gentleman behind the desk was no help and told me I had to pay either $26 or $7. I was trying to explain that I haven’t previously and he just told me to go back to where I normally mail items. The attitude from the man was just disgusting and I went to my normal post office and got my letter mailed with no problem. They even checked my old tracking number and it turns out it was sent as a first class package. If the man in Rocky point wasn’t rude and actually helpful he could have helped me figure it out very quickly. I will never go to this post office again and always go to the one by target in wilmington. I’d give zero stars if possible

I forgot to do the survey at the end of the call so I decided to do it here the lady forgot to grab my box( i understand and I'm not upset) but i called the post office the lady on the phone was beyond sweet and understanding! She answered my questions and told me she would be able to get it to me today by far the best experiance with a post office i have ever had! Keep up the good work for yall

I typically hate going to the post office, however I actually look forward to going to the Rocky Point office. Sam and Lacey mailed out 400 calenders for my business and actually took the time to check and make sure every address was legitimate/correct so we wouldn’t have to waste postage on ones that would ultimately come back to us in the end. NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THIS FOR US AT ANY OTHER POST OFFICE!!! They are the kindest people who get the job done, no questions asked. They even took out their phones and fixed addresses with the wrong zip code or a typo on the address label! Talk about service. Thank you!!!!

I have lived at the same address for over 25 years. As of this past year they will not deliver packages to my house. The workers in this office are rude and absolutely not helpful at all. I have had to start shipping my packages to my daughters address to alleviate having to deal with this office. I'm not sure where their customer services skills started falling short but they are just awful. I have no idea how to make this work. I have talked to them twice and filed a complaint with the Post Master General. I suggest all of us do the same that live in this postal services (if you can call it that) area.

They have lost my mail before. Today they get my package and put it so one else house. Told me it was delivered to me. I haven't seen it. Told the man at the post office. He still acting like I got it. I told him it cost money a lot. I've waited a week for it. Then the mail carrier didn't know what he done with it.😡 I never wrote anything before. One man haves worked this post office for years and he's always got the job done. The best work ever n the place. But, the guy today didn't know anything and really didn't care. It's my money and my part. Someone can find it or pay my money back. Losing people mail. Do your job... Or ask someone if you don't have a clue about your job. I'm really hate they don't know what to do. The other people know there job. Before the carrier now. Please give us someone that can do the job..

Absolutely the worst mail carrier i have ever had. They don't deliver my mail most days. And half the time they deliver my mail to same house number but different neighborhood down the street. I was supposed to have concert tickets delivered today and they say delivered but are not in my mailbox. I wish they would get rid of this mail carrier in Rocky Point that does this horrible job of delivering my mail. I have informed delivery and I know what I am supposed to get every day.

I'm really sad to have to write this review because I've always been a strong supporter of the USPS but this is the last time I ever use their service, definitely in Rocky Point. The screw ups from this single location have cost me at least half a grand. Long lines and waits have always been a pain but whatever. My main complaint is that in the last five years, I have sent three packages internationally from this location which have never been received. I've been sending packages to Europe for twenty years and this sort of thing has only ever happened to me in Rocky Point. The gentleman assisting me was very slow at entering the information into the computer, seemed confused and the questions he asked didn't fill me with confidence that he knew what he was doing. And, well, he didn't - because my package failed to show up yet AGAIN, most likely because the address information wasn't entered correctly. For home delivery, our mail woman doesn't deliver the packages to the door. She sits in her car and honks or, even worse, throws the package towards the house. I have seen this happen from the window as I was walking to answer the door. Packages marked "fragile" often arrived in banged up boxes. Last week I had a package arrived hanging wide open. Additionally, I regularly leave mail in my mailbox early in the morning only to come back in the afternoon to find the flag is still up because nobody has come around. This happens frequently. It feels as if we have a part time mail service out here in Rocky Point like we're living in the third world or something and have only tenuous connections with the outside world. When I track a package, the website often says it has been delivered when it hasn't been and won't arrive for days - if it arrives at all. It's a terrible shame. The USPS used to be a dependable organization Americans could take pride in. I don't have faith in the service anymore.
