The staff were mostly very nice and extremely helpful, and the grounds, including the pool and hot tub, were well-maintained. The bath and laundry areas were clean, and the events planned for kids and adults were good and fun. While some sites may flood during heavy rain, the resort provides easy access to the beach, whether you have a car or are walking/cycling. The resort offers a great variety of amenities, including a pool, and is in a prime location for exploring the Outer Banks. While it may be on the pricier side, the convenience and quality of the facilities make it a worthwhile investment. Guests consistently report having a wonderful time and plan to return, praising the friendly staff, clean facilities, and great access to the seashore and Pamlico Sound.
