Her customer service skills are Sharp, her listening skills were fantastic and her designing skills were next level. Custom framing projects can be a lot of work, as they are extremely expensive, you want to make sure you get the best design put together for the money. Mary allowed me to play with different frames, mats, and glass combinations to get the exact look that I wanted within my price range. She was patient and very kind. She even stayed 35 minutes beyond her shift to make sure I was assisted.
