Historically our experience has been great however our last delivery took almost a mont with multiple requests online and by phone, cancellations and excuses from their customer service line.

I had to call several times with no return call when I did get thru was told would be the next week. It was about 3 more weeks b4 someone came

Unfortunately we ran out of propane due to the extreme cold we have had. I made a call at 10:30 pm and by midday we had a full tank and check to make sure everything was back up and running on our total gas home. Jeremy was very courteous and thorough. We have always had great service from Suburban these past 10 years
