“I can't say enough good things about Shawn and the staff at Crossroads! I recently moved to the area from Raleigh and was in need of some repairs on two of my vehicles. Not knowing anyone I had to rely on google reviews and word of mouth. Shawn was very prompt in the repairs and extremely fair in the pricing.
He took the time to explain to me what was needed and also pointed out some encompassing work that would be beneficial to get done at the time since the transmission was down. He did not push the other work but I knew being a high mileage car that it would needed to be done sooner than later and would cost me more money if I procrastinated on getting it done at another time.
