Lady did not have a good attitude....I was seated and told to pick out a color ......I thought they would start on my nails right away! When asked how long the wait was , I was told 30 minutes. 😑 Did not have a good experience and it was my very 1st time coming but I won't be back!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this nail salon! I have been a regular customer for years. Being able to schedule my appointments is extremely convenient. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, Lannie is incredibly talented and friendly, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Every visit feels like a pampering experience, and I am always beyond satisfied with my nails. The salon is spotless, and they use high-quality products that last. I get the dip manicure and honestly it lasts for weeks. If you’re looking for the perfect place for gorgeous nails and top-notch service, this is it! Highly recommend!

VIP NAILS is an excellent place! Lannie and her husband do an outstanding job on pedicures and gel nails. They are always courteous and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing. Their pedicure chairs are so comfortable and provide a relaxing experience. Whether you are looking for a manicure, pedicure, gel nails or a full set VIP NAILS is a great place. Appointments are on time and the service is fabulous.

I have been going to VIP for 3 years and have always had the best experience! I have been getting dip powder nails and after going to VIP they last over 3 weeks every time. My nails look amazing every time I go and I will never trust anyone other than VIP with my nails! The customer service is excellent and Lannie builds a connection with all of her customers. I am always very pleased with the business here and highly recommend them to anyone.

Went in for a gel overlay, but was told that dip would be better. I told the nail tech I was used to gel overlay, but the tech insisted dip would be better for my nails and it was "cheaper". I am indifferent about the results of the dip since this was my first time. But the actual issue was with the cuticle work. All cuticle work was done with the e-file (drill)...unfortunately this resulted in damage for one of my fingers. I let the tech know that it hurt/burned and she nodded her head. Even though the other fingers were not hurt, the process was not gentle.
