  Outside of a few employees, this store has the worst customer service. I’ve been on hold to speak with someone in the pharmacy for 20 minutes, someone picked up the phone three times and put on back hold without at least acknowledging the caller/call. ??

  My daughter went to pick up her prescription on 3/30/2020 around 7p.m and the pharmacist or pharmacist tech that was working (it was a female) made a comment about the RX that my daughter was picking up..it was birth control for a MEDICAL condition..saying " that was what was needed " during a time like this". Well yes you unprofessional, insensitive twit...it was prescribed to her and needed. Embarrassed her and this was said to the MALE colleague that was dispensing the RX. So someone in management will be hearing from me.
