Judging by the parking lot that has been rutted up by some angry "client" for three days and hasn't been addressed says something. If they can't fix a gravel parking lot rut or pave it for that matter then maybe the same attention is given to your haircut...just a suggestion to pay attention and ask questions. I was disappointed. The ratings suggested the atmosphere was great as well as the stylists. I didn't feel welcome at all. My stylist didn't seem willing to help me with finding a good hairstyle. While the cut I received was decent i don't plan to return.
