About South Wind Produce
South Wind Produce offers a wonderful CSA program that customers describe as an amazing and incredible experience. The produce is always fresh, flavorful, and well packed, with a great variety of fruits and vegetables including tried and true favorites and things customers had never heard of. The CSA is different from others because it is very flexible and well organized. Customers can customize their boxes, swap different things in and out, and skip or cancel a week without penalty as long as they meet a $35 minimum order. The weekly emails with recipes and updates are a lovely touch. Customers also appreciate being able to purchase the great fruits and veggies at the Durham Farmer's Market. Many say this is the best CSA experience they have had, with one customer noting their family enjoyed and ate everything in full each week. The strawberries are described as insane. Overall, South Wind Produce provides access to a local and organic farmers market with an online shopping cart.

We absolutely enjoyed our CSA through South Wind and are sad it’s over! This is our first CSA experience and it was wonderful- the weekly emails were lovely touches and it was so well organized. They have a wonderful CSA and great fruits and veggies that you can also purchase at the Durham Farmer's Market. We really like their stuff!
