It has been pouring down rain for 12 hours now; and my courier from the Rougemont USPS drove a quarter mile up the driveway, and then walked in the rain another 200+ feet to make certain she left my package on my porch out of the weather. I appreciate that.

My mail carriers are super nice and helpful. However personnel in the office need refresher on interfacing with the public!
